You will stay in a lively neighbourhood with theathers nearby, the Roosevelt square, newly opened Augusta park, Sesc 24 de Maio, bars and trendy restaurants, only a few blocks from the downtown area, with lots to see around. Trendy new restaurants and bars on the ground floor of the building. Also nearby is Rua Avanhandava, with its traditional italian restaurants. Nearby cultural centers and the municipal library by the corner. In addition, it counts with all kinds of facilities nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, fitness center one block away (also for short stays, with gympass), etc.
