When you subscribe, you commit to only one month. This is the minimum duration of our subscription. You can then :
When you find a house that suits you, you book it with an arrival date. To validate this reservation, you subscribe to the corresponding membership for one month.
→ The first month of the subscription will be collected at the subscription date
→ The following months of the subscription will be collected on an ongoing basis, 15 days before your subscription date anniversary
Your membership runs for one month and is not binding, so you can stop it anytime. During your month of subscription, you can switch accommodations as many times as you wish.
Each subscription gives you the right to bring someone with you. However, this means sharing the same room (in a single apartment or coliving). So:
→ If you're a couple, you can actually subscribe to only one membership for two.
→ If you want to come with a friend, and thus have 2 different rooms in the same accommodation, you will have to subscribe to 2 memberships.
Each private home in our catalog is designed to accommodate two people. The difference is that with the green ($1500) and blue pass ($2000), accommodations can be more spacious than with the orange pass ($980).

Absolutely! When you sign up for a membership, you choose a month. It will renew xx days before the start of the next month. So before that date, you can ask us to stop it. You’ll just have to send us a WhatsApp message!
Therefore, your membership will be suspended but you will still have access to our catalog if you want to keep an eye on your next destination. You won’t be charged of anything during this period.
When you want to reactivate it, ask us via our WhatsApp and it will be done in a few minutes.

When you want to book an accommodation that is not available with the pass you currently have, you just have to make the reservation, and the pass will change automatically.
We have built our catalog alongside local property managers and private owners in each of our destinations. We took the time, during several months, to understand how each local market worked in order to collaborate in the best possible conditions. We have property managers in each country who manage the different contracts established and guarantee a constant stock of accommodations.

Fogg currently offers single (1 bedroom) and multi-bedroom coliving units. We indicate on each housing label whether it is "Private housing" or "Coliving housing", as well as the number of rooms available.

To avoid certain regions seasonality, we guarantee a constant stock per subscription each month.

No! To reserve an accommodation, you only need to enter your arrival date and subscribe to a pass for one month:
→ Then you can stay as long as you want in the accommodation, some days, some weeks or some months. You have no minimum stay in any accommodation.
→ The only defined duration is your subscription, which runs for one month and gives you access to unlimited bookings. It is renewed every month unless you stop it.
After having discovered our different proposals within the destination of your choice, you have found the accommodation that suits you.

Once you are settled in the accommodation, you can decide when you want to leave to go elsewhere. To do this, nothing could be easier:
1. You book a new accommodation
2. We arrange with you the checkout date that suits you, which can be up to 24 hours before the arrival in your new accommodation.
3. You leave and settle in your new house.
You can actually modify your reservation whenever you want by changing your accommodation, your destination or your arrival date. To do so, just let us know in the WhatsApp conversation that we will have between us.
You can change your reservation up to 15 days before your arrival in an accommodation.
As we know it is a major criteria, we select our accommodations taking care that you have space to work. In our catalog, this means that every accommodation we offer has a real office with a chair or a large dining room table with comfortable chairs.
