Welcome to

Hungary

Why nomads love
Hungary
?
  • Sumptuous Budapest: Between its impressive architecture, its hyper photogenic silhouette around the Danube, its parliament and its Buda castle, there are many things to see
  • Spas and thermal baths: you will find about 1,500 natural hot springs scattered throughout Hungary
  • Cost of living: cost of living is very reasonable compared to other European countries

Life in

Hungary

Travel up the Danube loop by boat. Dive among water lilies in the thermal waters of Lake Hévíz. Touring the wine cellars in Tokaj. Spend the night in a thatched cottage in Hollókő…

Biggest airports

Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport

Budapest, 1185 Hungary

Transports in

Hungary

The train network is very developed, but very centralized, like a spider's web, with Budapest as its center. Comfortable and faster Intercity trains connect the capital and the main provincial cities several times a day. There is also a good bus network, cheaper and often more convenient than the train. The only way to get to the small lost villages. Here too, plan some time. If you are renting with your own car, you will need an electronic sticker which you can buy online from the motorway toll company: toll-charge.hu.
